iTouch+ tecnic headphones: Music is the essence of my life, so for me my iTouch is a must-have on me all the time. The kind of music I listen to depends on my mood so I make sure I have all styles of music on my gadget (there is lots of jazz blues hiphop and pro­gressive club music on it). I am also a great lover of Spanish music and I love to immerse myself in the live instruments and powerful vocals;

Keds and gym wear: I am a total fitness freak and al¬ways manage to find time for my run. My shoes help me to explore the city I am travelling in. Also, when you travel, sometimes you end up walking a lot so a pair of keds are always handy.

Pashmina shawls: I tend to feel cold all the time and I never ever travel without at least two beautiful, shawls preferably black and beige - they are not bulky, can be used in the day of at night with a formal outfit and even if its nippy or cold they are always use¬ful. Also, the beauty of the shawls always gets you loads of compliments.

Shorts and swimsuit: I always carry my shorts and swimsuits as I am a total water-baby and every chance I get to jump in the pool or laze in the sun on the beach I never want to miss it.

My feel-good pouch: I call it that as it has everything that makes me feel nice and comfy — a thirst quench­ing cream, lip balm, a body splash, perfume, body milk and butter.
